Nh Collection Victoria Hotel Havana, Havana

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with an amazing shower pressure. The late arrival guarantee was a huge relief. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Ihosuani, the night porter. The location, near 23rd street and within walking distance of the Malecon, was convenient and safe. The dining experience, particularly the buffet with freshly made eggs and omelets, was superb. The facilities were top-notch, providing a truly enjoyable experience overall.

The hotel is located in a centric street of Vedado, offering good connections to local traffic which I prefer over expensive taxis in Cuba. The twin room was set up promptly for my late arrival, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the ground-floor location was convenient, it was too windy to spend time outside during my visit.

However, the maid service was a bit late for my liking, being around 8 at night. If I had just arrived from the UK instead of Varadero, I might have been quite upset.
